IT infrastructure effectively. We are seeking two talented and versatile Administrative and Operations

Associates to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our organization.
- **Financial Administration**: o Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. o Assist in preparing and verifying invoices, expense reports, and financial statements. o Monitor and reconcile bank statements and assist in managing petty cash. o Collaborate with the fiduciary team to ensure accurate financial records. o Manage the relationship with our clients for all invoices matters
- **Data Entry and Analysis**: o Enter financial data into the accounting software and maintain accurate records. o Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations as needed. o Support the team in analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
- **Sales and Purchase Operations**: o Support sales team with order processing and contract management o Generate and manage purchase orders for vendors o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services o Assist in sales and purchase data analysis and reporting

**1.1 Requirements**
- Swiss residence
- Proficient in English and French
- Proven experience in accounting or financial administration, and operations management
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
