**Role Purpose**

The main responsibilities of this position are: Global Transfer Pricing (TP) strategy, policy, cross-company implementation, global compliance with OECD and TP rules in all major jurisdictions along with responsibility for
- Tax matters in integration and separation projects and group funding and financing activities.**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Design and lead an efficient and effective Global Transfer pricing organization
- Development of Global TP strategy and policy and key functional point of contact for all TP matters
- Monitor external Transfer Price developments such as OECD BEPS actions, evaluate the impact on Sandoz and implement suitable action plans
- Implementation and ongoing adaptation of globally required TP documentation in compliance with OECD guidelines in close collaboration with regionally/locally responsible tax/finance colleagues
- Set the TP compliance standards of Sandoz and drive TP compliance of the Group entities through TP strategy, TP policy & guidelines, ICO-agreements, TP Documentation, Reporting etc.
- Determine profitability targets and guide global & local tax teams, Corporate Finance and Treasury in achieving the profitability targets in line with the most appropriate TP method
- Protect Sandoz’ interest with regard to avoid double taxation by supporting on local tax audits & litigations as well as leading APA & MAP respectively
- Lead global and local tax teams on TP related matters for ongoing and special business projects such as M&A, post-acquisition/divestment business integration & separation, BD&L and financing & funding.**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:

**Minimum requirements**
- Timely prepared TP strategy, policy and guidelines of the Sandoz Group.
- Timely preparation, review and finalization of proper transfer pricing documentations such as Master File, Local File, CbCR and Pillar2
- Timely review and efficient impact analysis of external Transfer Pricing developments (e.g. OECD guidelines) on Sandoz Group.
- Successful completion of key TP projects such as MAPs, APAs, audits.
- Effective and efficient management of TP compliance requirements and TP exposure management.
- Timely and clear tax guidance on integration and separation projects to respective teams.
- Contribution to Group ETR through optimal and compliant TP policy and target setting.
- Accurate and timely guidance on transfer pricing matters to Sandoz Group entities.
