We are a team of fun and dedicated payments, compliance and DeFi industry veterans. We have built a successful European mobile payment scheme and launched DeFi protocols. We are looking for a passionate leader with a track record in startup development as

Co-Founder / CEO

Tasks
- Set the vision and strategy of the company
- Lead, align and grow the team and organization
- Lead the business activities and operations
- Communicate and represent our values and mission
- Ensure the survival of the company

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience in a similar role
- Energetic leadership personality
- Experience in DeFi, Web3 as a founder, team member, user or connaisseur
- Winning mentality with extremely high tolerance for frustration
