An exciting opportunity exists for a talented
Marketing professional to join Explora Journeys, the new luxury travel brand of MSC Group, and to develop omni-channels marketing campaigns to promote our brand with a focus on brand management, brand development, product and experiences, and the promotion of our overall unique journeys product.
Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company’s, MSC Group, hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships, with EXPLORA I currently sailing, are designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
- Master’s Degree in International Marketing or Product Development
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing\/Brand management in the cruise industry with the preference in luxury cruises
- Experience in a headquarter environment for a big travel brand, including toolkit development and production of assets at a global level
- Experience in end-to-end photo-video productions onboard cruise ships
- Experience in launching new brands and products in the travel and preferably cruise\/ hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience in PO\/Invoices\/supplier management in SAP is a must
- Structured and well-organized approach to tasks and projects -ideally learned project management in one of the big 5 consultancy companies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners
- Ability to seamlessly transition from strategic thinking to operational tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Italian - proficiency of other European languages (French, German, Spanish, Russian) is considered an advantage
- Leading the brand development and implementation (identity, guidelines, toolkits, production of assets and messaging) across all touchpoints, channels and guest journey
- Development and coordination of annual marketing plans for brand and product launches
- Development and cross-functional coordination of master marketing toolkits - for brand, product and experiences launches, PR announcements, story telling
- Development, production, and delivery of marketing campaigns and B2C and B2B2C master marketing assets (master texts, key visuals, brochures etc.) focusing on the brand and product experience
- Development, coordination and production of multi-channel master brand campaigns
- Development, coordination and production of brand and product photography and videography
- Support in media plan coordination, and the creative development for the delivery of advertising assets to publishers\/suppliers
- Management of content and assets library and Digital Asset Management tools (PIM and DAM for ships visuals, images, videos, master descriptions)
- Coordination of budget, forecasting, purchase orders and invoicing in SAPVISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)

Part of the MSC Group, MSC Cruises is the market leader in the Mediterranean, South Africa and South America, and sails year-round in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Its seasonal itineraries cover northern Europe, the Atlantic Ocean, South America, southern Africa, and the Persian/Arabian Gulf. As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year. MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude.
