**What will you do**

Would you like to play a critical strategic role in supporting the brand transformation as the leader in smart, healthy & sustainable buildings? Are you a highly strategic thinker with a consultant mindset, a great communicator and consensus driver and a superb tactical expert, capable of engaging at all levels, across businesses and functions within the company?Then we are looking for you You will focus on reducing brands to fewer, stronger product brands and a cohesive brand architecture and clear taxonomy across the global HVAC, Fire and Security product portfolio.

**How will you do it**
- Develop and showcase a clear brand strategy vision for defined product brand strategy across product lines, channels and target customer segments
- Develop and deploy strategic product brand assessment frameworks, delivering strategic insights on the go forward path
- Lead the assessment, strategic recommendation as well as reviews, sign-off and execution of global brand rationalization strategies
- Assess and redefine channel brand strategies with clear understanding of opportunities, risks and revenue impact
- Define effective brand migration strategies
- Develop visualization of product brand end state
- Develop new, customer-centric brand architecture strategies
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication, progress reports
- Lead research projects related to product brands & brand transformation approaches

**What we look for**

**Required**
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing, brand, or related experience, focused on brand architecture, naming and taxonomy
- Proven track record of strong leadership. Excellent communication skills and creativity are essential.
- The ability to collaborate and work internationally
- International marketing experience, previous experience from a matrix organization
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills

**Preferred**
- 3-5 years of direct experience in brand management including brand rationalization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related curriculum
