DESCRIPTION

Courtier en Immobilier à 100 %
Vos missions consistent à prospecter de nouveaux mandats, accompagner et guider une clientèle internationale par votre expertise, estimer les biens à leur juste valeur et proposer à vos clients un conseil personnalisé et sur-mesure.
De formation commerciale, vous avez une expérience en tant que courtier. Vous possédez une première expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier et du luxe, et parlez couramment l'anglais. Vous êtes un spécialiste de la négociation immobilière et de l'environnement haut de gamme. Vous êtes réactif, organisé et avez le sens du contact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Développement des ventes dans les zones urbaines. Recherche active d'opportunités de développement promotionnels d'immeubles avec prestations premium.
Estimations des valeurs locales et prises de mandat aux justes conditions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Avoir une expérience dans la vente ou le courtage. L'usage courant de l'anglais et de l'allemand sont des atouts majeurs.
Etre au bénéfice des synergies d'un réseau orienté vers le secteur du luxe.
