**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Store Planning Project Management : Prepare boutique/POS opening package in coordination with related Market, prepare Capex, and work closely with Store Design team to establish project schedule. You will also lead project management from design validation to handover and snag works, coordinating local architects, general contractor and millworkers.
- SDP Regional Strategy: you will be the key point of contact for European team and responsible for annual Capex forecast.
- Boutique/POS Update and Maintenance**: you will** **remain as key point of contact for Market maintenance and update requests, manage building/landlord management and/or contract service providers and define the Upgrades in the European region boutiques.

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- Degree in Architecture, Building Services Engineering or Interior Design
- At least 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management, ideally in Store Planning/Retail (luxury is a plus) experience in contractor/construction highly appreciated
- Strong technical background / methodological / result and detailed oriented profile
- Highly flexible and able to work both independently and in team
- Objective driven with excellent budget and process management skills
- Able to react promptly and efficiently to project adjustments under a tight timeline through strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to effectively prioritize and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Excel software, Adobe Creative package is a plus
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Languages: English mandatory, French and Italian a plus
