The Store Design Planning and Visual Merchandising Department is looking for a Project Manager to lead retail transversal projects, be the main contact for Global suppliers, boutiques KPI analysis and departmental budget tracking.

You will join a team composed of Designers, Architects and Visual Merchandisers, with whom you will work hand by hand and identify areas of improvement in their current scopes and be part of an international environment.

As part of our Headquarters in Meyrin, you will interact with commercial and retail teams, all markets subsidiaries, purchasing and logistic teams. You will deal on a daily basis with external agencies and suppliers and formalize contractual relationships.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

TRANSVERSAL STORE PLANNING & VISUAL MERCHANDISING PROJECTS
- POS Opening tracker management, updates and spread-out
- POS Investment optimization: data gathering, support in ongoing projects bidding phase, research of options for cost reduction in ww projects and link with Purchasing department and Richemont Procurement teams
- Detection and management of transversal department needs and improvements to support Architects & Visual Merchandisers in their scopes
- Logistics coordination
- Prototyping and material sampling management
- Lead POS Platform IWD

STORE DESIGN PLANNING & VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPPLIERS & PARTNERSHIPS
- New suppliers: initial contact / NDA, suitability analysis and pricing, vendor creation
- Established suppliers: Performance feedback, forecast and stock management, coordination with central Purchasing department
- Store Design transversal needs detection: research new partners and suppliers, process establishment, global cost negotiation and sourcing

STORE DESIGN PLANNING & VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGERS SUPPORT
- Strategy tracking and consolidation:

- POS Opening tracker sharing with HQ teams
- Boutiques Investment and data KPI consolidation and analysis
- Annual Retail Strategy and CAR approval tracking in partnership with HQ commercial teams
- Annual Capex Budget consumption overview
- Department budget monitoring
- Tracking and consumption follow-up
- Purchase orders
- Invoicing

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- You are very comfortable with figures, and you can demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills.
- You are capable of detecting functional and operational needs, analyze them and come out with improvement proposals
- You are proactive, agile, solution and result oriented, well organized and have the ability to work in team and independently.
- You have an excellent level of English & French (writing, speaking and presentation skills required)
- You have Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You have previous experience in WW suppliers management
- Previous background in Purchasing roles or Construction Budget monitoring will be highly appreciated
- You are curious, dedicated, and professional
