**JOB SUMMARY**
- Führung des gesamten Front Office und Housekeeping Teams, insgesamt 23 Mitarbeiter, sowie Weiterentwicklung der operativen Abläufe in diesem Bereich
- Du bist die operative Stellvertretung des Hotelmanagers und arbeitest operativ mit
- der finanziellen Ziele
- Erstellung des jährlichen Budgets und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung
- Qualitätskontrolle in Zusammenarbeit mit allen operativen Abteilungen
- Konsequente Umsetzung der Marriott
- und SV Standards

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung als Director of Rooms in der internationalen Kettenhotellerie
- Fundierte Erfahrung in den gängigen EDV Systemen (Opera, PMS, Kasse, MS Office)
- Führungserfahrung, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Budget
