Key responsibilities:

- Lead & coach multi-disciplinary project teams to implement complex Quality projects of major site impact and scope (eg. Batch disposition)
- Work closely with different stakeholders and Head Quality OpEx to develop and implement the overall site strategy on LEAN, Quality process automation and Innovation in line with global OpEx Standards and given site targets
- Network with global functions and stakeholders on defined projects and tasks incl technology scouting and digitalization
- Update site and global internal stakeholders on targets, progress, status and KPIs as required (project, department and Q-Plan level)
- Deputy of the Head Quality Opex

Key requirements:

- PhD or Master Degree in chemistry, biotechnology, life science or related field
- Broad experience in the GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry in a Quality (QA/QC role) as well as sound years of experience in program management
- Strong leadership skills; very good communication skills and interaction with all kind of interfaces within the organization
- Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive
- Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
