Die Kummler+Matter AG mit Sitz in Dällikon/ZH gehört zu der Colas Gruppe und befasst sich mit der
Entwicklung, Projektierung und Montage von Fahrleitungsanlagen sowie der Entwicklung und dem Verkauf von
Fahrleitungskomponenten.

Für unsere Abteilung Legal & Compliance in Dällikon suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein*e

**Junior Legal Manager*in**

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams mit juristischer Expertise in Vertragsmanagement, Compliance, Arbeits-, Bau
- und Datenschutzrecht. In dieser Rolle rapportierst du an den CEO der Kummler+Matter AG und arbeitest mit
der internationalen Rechtsabteilung von Colas Rail zur Unterstützung der Ziele der France and Europe Division
(DTE).

**Herausforderung**:
**Vertragsmanagement**: Unterstützung und Beratung von Projektmanager im Vertragsmanagement

und Sicherstellung der Rechtskonformität. Durchführung von Schulungen und Weiterentwicklung von
Vertragsmanagement mit unserem internen Team oder externen Partnern

**Compliance**:Umsetzung der Unternehmensrichtlinien unter Anleitung der Zentrale, Durchführung
von Compliance-Schulungen mit Schwerpunkt Deutschschweiz und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen
Vorschriften

**Arbeitsrecht**: Ansprechperson für arbeitsrechtliche Angelegenheiten
**Baurecht & Schweizer Recht**: Beratung und Unterstützung im Baurecht und SIA118-Bedingungen und

Vorschriften im öffentlichen Verkehr. Verantwortlich für Rechtsstreitigkeiten mit Subunternehmern,
kleine Forderungen und Verwaltung von Kaufverträge für Ersatzteile (internationaler Bestellungen)

**IP-Governance**: Überwachung der Governance für geistiges Eigentums in Bezug auf unsere Produkte
und Sicherstellung von allen rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen

**Datenschutz**: Als Datenschutzbeauftragter der Kummler+Matter AG bist Du verantwortlich für die
Einhaltung der Datenschutzgesetze und -vorschriften, einschließlich der DSGVO***

**Profil**:
Master-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (Schweizer Recht oder gleichwertig)
3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Rechtsberatung oder ähnlichen Funktionen, vorzugsweise in der Baubranche
Fundierte Kenntnisse im schweizerischen Baurecht (SIA118), Vertragsmanagement und Arbeitsrecht
Erfahrung im Datenschutz (DSGVO-Kenntnisse sind ein Muss)
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Schulungsfähigkeiten
Detailorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (Französisch ist ein Plus)
Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
