Transfer of all existing and new contracts to the new tool. - Manage the DocuSign software (collecting email addresses from Decathlon’s contract partners, uploading of contracts, supervision of the electronic signature process) - Finalize standardized contracts of Decathlon Switzerland that are based on templates such as non-disclosure agreements, proxies and sponsoring contracts - Supervision of contract durations - Support various other projects of the legal team, liaise with other departments, work on digital tools of the legal department
