**Job Description**:
Responsabilités
- Gestion d’une équipe assurant le suivi des achats des montres carry over et de la haute horlogerie.
- S’assurer de la cohérence des prix et conduire les négociations nécessaires dans le cadre de nouveaux projets.
- Effectuer les achats des composants des nouvelles collections stratégiques, en collaboration avec les chefs de projets.
- S’assurer avec les chefs de projets et avec son responsable de la cohérence industrielle des nomenclatures produit et des flux de production.
- Contribuer au développement de la production interne et à l’amélioration des flux pour répondre aux besoins du time to market.
- Travailler sur le développement d’outils informatiques pour améliorer notre efficience globale et celle de nos partenaires (évolution ERP, KPI, revue des launch plan, suivi de l’activité approvisionnement).
- Suivre les confirmations de commande et les délais de livraison des fournisseurs stratégiques.
- S’assurer du maintien des portefeuilles fournisseurs à jour et challenger les délais de livraison proposés, en lien avec les demandes des clients.
- Assurer la coordination avec les différents départements internes (Chefs de projets / Contrôle Qualité / Finance / Sales Planning) et les fournisseurs (suivi des plannings, conférences téléphoniques).
- S’assurer de la livraison des nouvelles collections dans les délais impartis.
Profil requis
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou formation équivalente.
- Langue maternelle française et anglais courant. L’italien représente un atout.
- Expérience préalable d’environ 10 ans dans les achats ou les approvisionnements.
- Première expérience managériale confirmée.
- Bonnes connaissances de l’horlogerie et de son tissu industriel.
- Bonnes connaissances d’un système de gestion intégré, MS-Office, en particulier Excel.
- Bon sens de l’organisation, esprit d’analyse et d’initiative.
- Orienté-e solutions et proactif-ve.
