As a Treasury and General Accountant, you will be part of the “Finance” department where you will be responsible for monitors routine related to general ledger such as fixed assets ledger, prepaid expenses, accruals, payroll accounting, cost centers reports and all other accounting entries. Monitors treasury, daily and monthly transactions, forecasts, analysis of foreign currency accounts. Issue invoices and manage inter-company and inter-division communications & reconciliations.

**Job Description**:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Treasury:

- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Manage daily cash balances and use daily hedging.
- Forecast cash flow positions, prepare financial reports.
- Maintain an efficient system of policies, adequately control treasury activities.

Inter-Company & Inter-Division:

- Issue and book all monthly invoices.
- Reconcile all transactions.
- Prepare & book all monthly payments done or received.

General Accounting:

- Update and manage fixed assets file.
- Follow up and reconcile balance sheet accounts in defined deadlines.
- Booking of monthly accruals and prepaid.

Other tasks assigned by manager, according to the company’s needs, personal skills, and department organization.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Finance and /or accounting Degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, treasury experience is mandatory.
- Good communication skills, flexible, team oriented.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- French speaker and very good knowledge of English, Italian would be an asset.
