**A Day in the Life of a Learning & Development Partner
- As a Learning Consultant and Partner, guide on learning activities by analyzing needs of the individuals, teams and business, definition of learning objectives, audience needs and the general approach required, training reports, suggest opportunities for continuous improvement
- Design learning curriculum: build training plans and programs to support the current and future business needs, recommend and select the best training providers, provide guidance on coaching and mentoring solutions, facilitate onboarding days.
- Ensure that the training offer is visible and known by all employees
- Communicate and promote all relevant learning& development information to HRBPs and employees
- Be force of proposition and expertise on L&D internal and external learning tools

**What will make you successful
- Good knowledge of Learning & Development world with at least 3 years of experience
- Proven track record in learning delivery, project management, change management and training administration with the ability to engage others
- Experience in instructional design, competency-based curriculum and the use of learning technologies
- Previous experience in HR as Project Manager or HR Business Partner is a big plus.
- Facilitation & coaching skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, decision making ability, end user centricity
- Manage senior stakeholders, influencing skills
- Fluent in English & French oral and written, German is a plus
