**Your field of responsibility**
We are offering you an interesting and challenging position as Asset Operations Analyst in our Real Estate Team in Zürich, with the following responsibilities:

- Duty to proactively guide and control external & internal stakeholders for different processes, such as budgeting and valuation
- Monitoring of development projects, capital expenditures projects and refurbishments
- Performing data quality check and ensuring correct data deliveries by our international external service providers
- Supporting and managing selected ESG projects
- Compiling, aggregating, and analyzing data for the team

**Your skills and experience**
- Educational background in Real Estate such as a Bachelor or Master of Real Estate Management or Business Administration or as Civil or Industrial Engineer, or a comparable education
- Few years of experience in the real estate industry and preferably in operational and project management topics are of an advantage
- Able to organize / improve processes and IT tools
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Able to self-manage, be structured, and pay attention to details
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and German required. Additional European languages are of an advantage
- Great team-skills with a positive attitude and willingness to constantly improve processes, templates and introduce new possible solutions within a growing environment
- Able to display high levels of creativity and initiative and proven ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
