- **Market knowledge**:

- Research targeted Suppliers and alternative product alternative
- Analyze markets risks and opportunities (i.e products, suppliers)
- Work together with Sourcing manager to identify needs and priorities
- Conduct Supplier and Product qualification
- **Sourcing strategy leader**:

- Data analysis to collect relevant information for sourcing strategic decision
- Implement and lead sourcing strategies within cross functional business
- Create and manager Supplier panel
- Identify accurate and efficient KPI to measure impact of strategic actions
- Record and Report progress and remedial plan of strategic sourcing actions to company board member
- **Supplier relationship management**:

- Nurture targeted supplier panel
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with Supplier
- Evaluate and drive supplier performance
- Develop supplier and implement development actions plan
- **Sourcing operational excellence**:

- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability and minimum risk for the company and projects
- TCO, cost model, effective offer comparison
- Guarantee OTD of PO and deliverables
- Ensure achievement of relevant procurement KPI’s
- **Manage and drive junior category manager**:

- Drive junior category manager in the operational activities
- Develop junior category manager in development of sourcing strategies
- Support junior category manager in supplier negotiations
- Report to Head of category and sourcing manager

**Your experiences**:

- Master in supply chain or Engineering degree with experience in sourcing, category management and or procurement
- Successful proven working experience as category manager for at least 8 years ideally within EPC, Energy from waste, Power
- Good technical and product understanding,
- Advanced and proven skills in: Strategy development, Contract negotiation, Project management, Communication and Presentation, Organizational and analytic, change management and problem-solving
- Critical thinker, Resilient, Curious and creative, eager to success
- Good knowledge of SAP, eProcurement & MS-Office solutions
- Multilingual with professional English (C1 - C2) additional language appreciable
