En tant que responsbale d'équipe de notre service clientèle, tu es la voix de nos clients dans le magasin : tu comprends leurs attentes et, avec ton équipe et tes collègues du magasin, tu veilles à ce que chaque visite chez IKEA soit une expérience positive pour nos clients. Tu t'assures de ceci avec tes collègues très compétents, car on vous fait confiance et vous avez la liberté d'agir de manière indépendante.
- Tu as plusieurs années d'expérience dans le service à la clientèle et tu as déjà dirigé une équipe.
- Tu es un leader inspirant, doté de solides compétences sociales et d'un grand pouvoir de persuasion, qui aborde les gens de manière ouverte et proactive.
- Tu travailles bien sous pression et restes calme, serviable et amical même en cas de stress.
- Tu as un mode de travail axé sur les solutions et un talent naturel pour l'optimisation des structures et des processus de travail.
- Tu as une affinité pour les chiffres, tu es conscient des coûts et tu as de fortes capacités de négociation.
- Tu es un bon communicateur et tu parles couramment le français et l'anglais.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promouvoir l'orientation client dans le magasin et créer une expérience d'achat simple mais inspirante.
- Analyser les offres de services et les souhaits des clients et mettre en œuvre des mesures appropriées pour améliorer les services et contrôler les coûts d'installation.
- Être responsable du traitement compétent et économique des réclamations.
- Agir comme un modèle pour tes collaborateurs et promouvoir le développement de ton équipe et des compétences de chaque collaborateur.
- Être responsable du recrutement et de la planification efficace du personnel dans ton domaine de responsabilité.

Il est important d’être flexible au niveau de tes heures travaillées. Dans ton planning de travail, tu vas être amené à travailler à la fois tôt le matin, tard le soir et le samedi, en relation avec nos heures d’ouverture.

Si tu es retenu-e et que tu reçois une offre d’engagement pour ce poste, tu devras présenter ton casier judiciaire avant de recevoir un contrat.
