**Responsable de Développement Commercial**
**_ Cette position est basée à Genève ou Martigny (Suisse)_**
**Challenges**:
En tant que Responsable de Développement Commercial, vous avez la charge de:
- Gérer et développer le portefeuille client existant et le portefeuille d’opportunités,
- Participer à la gestion commerciale des affaires en appui à l’équipe SP Group, des chefs de projets et du pool de direction,
- Participer et développer le processus d’offres de service,
- Prendre le lead sur l’ensemble des processus commerciaux, de leur développement et de leur suivi,
- Effectuer une veille stratégique commerciale et marketing, identifier et développer de nouveaux marchés en Suisse et en Europe,
- Effectuer une veille concurrentielle, participer à l’établissement de partenariats techniques ou stratégiques,
- Organiser des activités commerciales et marketing,
- Organiser, animer et valoriser les retours de satisfaction client,
- Contrôler, mettre en cohérence et faire appliquer les conditions commerciales des différentes parties prenantes,
- Prendre le lead sur les activités de négociations avec les clients, les fournisseurs ou les tierces parties ; gérer les situations conflictuelles et leur bonne résolution,
- Concevoir, mettre en fonction et interpréter des KPI pertinents,
- Établir des reporting au comité de direction avec des éléments appropriés,
- Vous pouvez être amené à effectuer des déplacements jusqu’à 50 % de son temps en suisse et occasionnellement en Europe_
**Profil**:
De formation Supérieure, vous êtes au bénéfice d’une dizaine d’année d’expérience dans le domaine du Business Développement ou du Commercial.
Vous maitrisez l’Anglais et le Français, l’Allemand est un plus
Vous avez connaissances de l’aspect réglementaire lié aux offres de services et à la contractualisation en Suisse, sur les contrats de mandat et les contrats d’entreprise.
Vous connaissez les outils Business Development : CRM, enrichissement, logiciel de mailing, cold calling,
Vous avez une grande capacité à maintenir une relation de confiance avec l’ensemble des partenaires concernés.
Enfin, vous avez la capacité à envisager une future intégration dans le comité de direction, potentiellement vers une position de DirCom.
