Our client, a well known Telecoms company, is currently looking for an experienced English and German speaking **Negotiation
- Account Manager,** for a permanent role based in **Zurich**:

**The Role**:
You will report to the Head of the Contract Negotiations Department.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to outside agents negotiating site leases for telecommunications equipment, as well as conducting your own negotiations.
**Main tasks**:

- Directly negotiating contract renewals and interacting with landlords regarding telecom equipment
- Coordinating, directing and supervising the activities of external agents
- Analysis and evaluation of the proposals coming from agents
- Approval of lease terms in accordance with established policies
- Working with the legal department to reduce litigation
- Tracking the progress and status of renegotiations with the appropriate tools
- Maintenance of internal tools to ensure smooth reporting
- You will ensure that the negotiations reach a fair result
**Your Profile**
- Commercial training with federal Certificate of Proficiency, BBA or Trade School
- Commercial planning techniques such as project management, etc
- 5 years plus of experience in Customer/ Client sales/ negotiation environment
- Having worked within a telecom service environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation/or sales skills (written and oral)
- Social competence and convincing demeanor (negotiation of contracts)
- Problem-solving oriented
- Training in real estate management and/or tenancy law is an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in real estate and/or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
- Independent work in a rapidly changing environment
- You speak German and English
- Other languages an advantage
