**Das erwartet dich**:

- Du trägst die strategische, finanzielle (Umsatz & DB) und operative Verantwortung für das gesamte Kaffee-Sortiment, als auch weitere Lebensmittelprodukte und übernimmst den Ausbau und deren strategische Weiterentwicklung
- Das Einholen von Offerten, führen von (Preis)Verhandlungen, Jahresgesprächen mit den Vertragspartnern und die kontinuierliche Optimierung von bestehenden Partnerschaften gehört zu deinen weiteren Kernaufgaben
- Koordination und Informationsfluss innerhalb des Teams und des Unternehmens sicherstellen sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Mitarbeit in Planung von Marketingmassnahmen (Promotionen) in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing bzw. mit den Herstellern als auch Umsetzung von Aktionen
- Du analysierst konstant den Markt, erkennst Trends und nutzt gezielt Marktchancen
- Hilfsbereites und agiles Team mit einer Vorgesetzten, welche sich auf eine inspirierende und kreative Zusammenarbeit freut

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Dein Interesse und Leidenschaft für Kaffee und Lebensmittel setzen wir selbstredend voraus
- Für diese Funktion erwarten wir 2-3 Jahre Erfahrungen im Product Management, Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen des Food Marktes, insbesondere im Kaffee
- und Food-Umfeld sind von Vorteil
- Deine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufm. Berufslehre mit Weiterbildung in Einkauf oder Marketing oder Abschluss auf Stufe Fachhochschule/Universität mit Vertiefung Marketing bieten eine solide Basis
- Du bist unternehmerisch, durchsetzungsstark und kannst Prioritäten richtig einordnen
- Der Umgang mit internen und externen Partnern macht dir Freude; Teamarbeit ist für dich nicht nur ein Modewort und genauso wichtig wie für dein zukünftiges Team
- Dein Deutsch ist stilsicher und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du bezeichnest Dich als eine sehr kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit analytischem Verständnis, die in hektischen Situationen nicht den Überblick und Humor verliert
