**Dieser Verantwortung stellen Sie sich gerne**:

- Zeitgerechte, selbständige und umfassende Erstellung und Übersendung von Offerten für unsere Kunden
- Komplette Abwicklung von Aufträgen im Bereich Customer Service & Support
- Unterstützende Teilnahme bei der Ausarbeitung großer Offerten
- Pflege und Kontrolle des monatlichen Sales Reports der Gesamtorganisation
- Aktualisierung und Verbesserung der Salesunterlagen und wichtigen Salesdokumenten
- Führen von nationaler sowie internationaler Geschäftskorrespondenz

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Sales-Umfeld (z.B. Sales Support oder PMO im Sales/Bid Umfeld)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Selbständige, ergebnisorientierte Denk
- und Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und überdurchschnittliches Engagement
