Axpo's Group IT has set the ambition to become the best IT organization of a European Energy company. As part of our IT transformation, we are on our journey to become an agile organization. To support this journey and complete the Agile Transformation team, we are looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach.

**What you will do**:

- Serve the agile transformation across the IT organization
- Coach and mentor managers and teams on Agile principles and practices
- Tailor Agile frameworks to fit the organization's needs
- Facilitate the implementation of Agile structures, roles, practices and ceremonies
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for Agile teams and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
- Support the Group IT Release Train Engineer
- Foster a culture of empowerment, continuous learning and improvement and promote a mindset of adaptability, resilience, and openness to change
- Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Agile adoption

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Proven experience in roles like Agile Coach on program or portfolio level, Release Train Engineer or Chief Scrum Master
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and IT Service Management
- Experience in creating and delivering Agile training content, workshop materials, and guidelines, preferably accompanied by a trainer license (e.g., SPC, SaST, PST)
- Experience in leveraging Atlassian Jira to support agile ways of working and implement agile metrics
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong drive for personal growth
- Willingness to occasionally travel to Madrid
- You speak English and German fluently, Spanish is a plus
