Seit bald 20 Jahren bieten wir clevere Tools für KMU, Gemeinden und Verbände. So unterstützen wir über 3'000 Kunden in den Bereichen Monitoring, Inkasso und Factoring.

Aufgrund unseres Wachstums und zur Erweiterung unseres Sales Teams in Baar (Zug) suchen wir per sofort eine kommunikative, dynamische und kompetente Person als Account Manager.

Aufgaben
- Telefonische Neukundenakquisition B2B (Outbound)
- Betreuen und Verwalten eines vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen Kundenportfolios
- Umsatzsteigerung durch den aktiven Zusatzverkauf
- Bedürfnisorientiertes Interessenten
- und Kundenmanagement
- Erstellen von Offerten und Verträgen
- Systematisches Pflegen des CRMs (Kundendatenbank) und der daraus resultierenden Aktionen

Qualifikation
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Aus
- oder Weiterbildung absolviert und kannst von Vorteil bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Telesales (Outbound) vorweisen
- Du bist eine kommunikative Person und weisst es Kunden am Telefon zu überzeugen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist flexibles und exaktes Arbeiten gewohnt, kannst Prioritäten setzen und arbeitest gerne mit klaren Zielen
- Du kommunizierst gerne und verhandelst mühelos in Deutsch, vorzugsweise Schweizerdeutsch
- Du bist loyal und dienstleistungsorientiert; Kunden stehen bei dir an erster Stelle
