Votre mission:
A ce titre, le commercial peut mener plusieurs activités en même temps:

- La prospection, qui est sa tâche première et qui consiste à ramener de nouveaux clients à l’entreprise.
- La communication, qui lui permet de transmettre des informations concernant le produit ou le service aux clients ciblés.
- Le service, qui doit intervenir avant et après la vente en se mettant à la disposition du client et en écoutant ses remarques.
- La vente à proprement parler, qui vient conclure la phase de l’approche du client et de la présentation commerciale du produit ou service.
- La fidélisation des clients, en leur proposant des offres complémentaires et des promotions.

Pour ce faire, les commerciaux doivent tenir compte des spécificités du marché ciblé et du positionnement recherché par l’entreprise sur chaque marché.

La remontée d'informations terrain

Une des missions complémentaires du commercial est de remonter les informations aux dirigeants / responsables:

- Motifs de satisfaction et d'insatisfaction
- Evolution des besoins, les nouvelles tendances des clients et prospects
- L'étude de la concurrence.

Nous accompagnons le gérant de l'entreprise dans la mise en place, l'organisation, la formation et l'amélioration de sa force de vente. Nous disposons d'un réseau de consultants compétents et engagés dans une démarche qualité, qui sont là pour aider les TPE et PME à faire face à l'avenir.
