**CONTEXT**
We are looking for an intern to assist the **Digital Workplace Collaboration team** in deploying the new version of the Cloud File Shares solution across Brands and Regions for a **6-month period.**
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
As the Digital Workplace Engagement Intern, you will be in charge of:
- Supporting the **Digital Workplace team **in the organization and implementation of projects related to the Cloud File Shares enhancement.
- Helping the Program Manager to **coordinate tasks, deliverables, and data analysis**, as well as **administrative duties** such as setting up meetings, writing minutes of meeting and compiling presentations.
- Helping the **Local IT and** **Digital Workplace team** to conduct **Content Ownership Clarification surveys** on the Cloud File Shares amongst content stakeholders, defining precise content ownership.
- Assisting the **Digital Workplace team** to enforce the new Governance of the Cloud File Shares.
- Participating to **change management** and **communication** activities.
