International Client Data Project Manager

This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Marketing Data & Knowledge, Client Relations, Client Services and Client Insights.
The position will be part of the Client Marketing Data & Knowledge team.
As a member of International Client Data Ownership team, the Int. Client data Project Manager will work along with Int. Client Data Steward under the supervision of Int. Client Data Ownership Manager. The overall objective of the team is to oversee Client Data collection, Data quality and Data processes from Data acquisition through Data consumption to drive Customer Data Excellence. The main goal is to deliver 1st class Client data quality along with its monitoring and ensure that data flows are properly documented and respect policies and standards.
His/her role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also key stakeholders of other teams such as Richemont Group Technology, Cartier and Richemont data offices, Legal and Security teams and Cartier markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Data Stewardship
- Analyze client data quality issues
- Perform client data quality checks and provide analysis to support root causes identification
- Define client data quality rules and controls
- Support Client Data cleansing actions for multiple Markets
- Escalate unsolved issues to Domain Data Owner
Incident Management

- Act as a point of contact for Cartier Client data users
- Help markets and team members to solve client data issues
- Analyze and deep dive into issues to help the users understand the root causes
- Follow up and communicate on issues
Google Cloud Platform monitoring
- Define priorities to be shared with the technical team
- Test new ingestions of data (business tests)
- Clarify with business stakeholders new requirements
- Communicate new evolutions and new ingestions tested
Share and collaborate around data
- Promote client data quality awareness across the Maison (Markets, Projects etc.)
- Liaise with Local Teams, Domain leads, Cartier and Group Data Office
- Organize workshops around data management or critical issues
- Actively participate to the Data community journey
JOB PROFILE:
Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field with a proven 3-5 years of experience with Data Quality, Data Product Management and Project Management including international exposure.
Languages: Fluent in both English & French
Skills:
- 3-5+ years in Data product management / Data projects implementation
- Experience in data analysis/data quality/data cleaning
- Experience in databases and SQL language
- Experience In Client Data & Digital Marketing processes
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people
- Client & Service Oriented
- Flexibility and independent working style
- Expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
