Notre produit phare (business-monitor.ch) est visité chaque mois par plus de 500'000 personnes, principalement des professionnels actifs sur le marché suisse.
Nos clients peuvent accéder aux données concernant plus de 900'000 sociétés suisses.

**Vos responsabilités**
- Vous aurez la responsabilité de la collecte de données manuelles, du contrôle qualité et de la mise en place de processus efficaces et fiables.
- Vous mènerez des analyses de données pour certains de nos clients.
- Vous devrez rechercher, à l’aide de votre esprit d’analyse affuté, des opportunités d’amélioration de la qualité de nos données.
- Vous devrez recruter des prestataires externes, les former et contrôler la qualité de leur travail.
- Vous aurez l’opportunité d’exprimer votre proactivité et aurez un impact direct sur la marche de nos affaires.

**Votre profil**
- Vous avez un fort attrait pour l’entrepreneuriat et vous aimez les défis.
- Vous êtes persévérant.e et n’abandonnez pas à la première difficulté.
- Vous avez le souci du détail, êtes minutieux.se, mais aussi capable de prendre de la hauteur.
- Vous aimez Microsoft Excel.
- Vous avez le sens des priorités et savez choisir vos combats.
- Vous avez un fort attrait pour les nouvelles technologies et pour le monde des affaires.
- Vous êtes gradué.e (ou proche de l’être) de HEC, UNIL ou équivalent.
- Vous avez des connaissances en SQL.
- Connaissances linguistiques requises : anglais ET français. L’allemand est un plus.

**Ce que vous allez apprendre**
- A la fin du stage, vous maitriserez VRAIMENT Excel ainsi que les fondamentaux de l’analyse de données (SQL).
- Vous saurez mettre en place des processus simples mais efficaces.
- Vous saurez gérer une équipe de prestataires externes.
- Vous saurez externaliser des tâches simples.
- Vous serez mieux à même d’interagir avec le monde des affaires et vous comprendrez mieux les interactions humaines, très différentes de la théorie apprise sur les bancs de l’université.
- Votre sens des priorités sera plus affuté.
