**In short**:
As an IBP Project Manager, you will be a key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process within our organization. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of the IBP framework, focusing on demand planning, supply chain optimization, data analysis, and reporting. Your expertise in forecasting, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration will enable effective decision-making and drive business success.

**Your Mission**:

- Support the implementation and execution of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, working closely with the IBP Lead and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with and assist stakeholders across departments to gather relevant data inputs and insights for demand planning, supply planning, and financial analysis
- Contribute to the demand consensus meetings to align forecast assumptions and address gaps or discrepancies
- Analyze demand patterns, customer segmentation, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for improving forecast accuracy and optimizing inventory levels
- Assist in the development of supply plans by evaluating supply chain constraints, production capacities, and inventory levels
- Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, supply planning, and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify supply-demand imbalances and propose mitigation strategies to optimize inventory and minimize disruptions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IBP processes by identifying areas for enhancement and recommending process changes or system improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in IBP, incorporating relevant insights into the planning and analysis activities.

**Your story**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience (2+ years) in demand planning, supply chain management, financial analysis, or related roles
- Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts, processes, and tools
- Proficiency in using forecasting software, data analysis tools, and supply chain management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights, paired with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address demand-supply imbalances and optimize planning processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory management, and financial planning is advantageous
