To strengthen our team at our global operational Headquarters in Greifensee-Nänikon, we are looking for an experienced and innovative

Application Expert 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- You contribute and support product management and R&D in product development projects as an Application Expert with tasks such as definition of product and software requirements, owning the test case matrix and coordinating acceptance testing by measuring and tracking the testing process
- You attend and contribute in R&D meetings as the expert from the Market Support Group through expertise and innovative out of box thinking to solve quality cases, applicative bugs and Software testing as required to become an important part in supporting the active life cycle management processes together with the product management team
- You are the point of contact for complex support cases for country organizations and their end customers and represent the Strategic Business Unit) SBU pH Lab towards these stakeholders by high competence and professional communication
- You support the Manager of Market Support Group in a deputy function to support the MSG strategies and cross collaboration within the Lab Division
- You identify in addition as deputy potential revenue opportunities for support and future offerings with focus on end customers support

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree (Uni/FH) in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- You have minimum 3 years of experience with pH devices and equipment and end customer support and training, working experience in the pharma industry is a big plus
- You hold a certified trainer education with training experience and exposure at customer site
- You have a flair to build up strong relationships with stakeholders and end customers with full professional proficiency
- You show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate ability to perform in stressful situations
- You have experience with Microsoft Office programs, SAP, support tools, training tools, including e learning software is highly preferred
- Furthermore, you are a real team player with good governance and you are self-driven in daily tasks
- You have excellent communication skills both oral and written in English, knowledge of Chinese language is a plus
- You are open and willing to travel worldwide by about 20%
