- und Industrielacke mit Sitz in Volketswil (ZH). Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir eine dynamische, motivierte Persönlichkeit, die in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitarbeiten möcht**e.**

**Aufgaben**:

- Entgegennahme/Erfassung von Aufträgen mittels eines EDV-Tools
- Verantwortung für die reibungslose und termingerechte Abwicklung von Lieferungen bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung
- Die Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen, die Datenpflege des Kundenstammes sowie weitere administrative Aufgaben

**Qualifikationen**:

- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und können bereits auf einige Jahre Berufserfahrung zurückblicken
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Office-Programmen wie Word und Excel
- Vorerfahrung mit Oracle wäre von Vorteil
- Sie sind multitaskingfähig, haben einen präzisen Arbeitsstil und sind kundenorientiert
- Sprachen: Französisch und Deutsch, Englisch und weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
