Bilingual French-english Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous French-English bilingual assistant to join a strong team in the property sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will actively work with our remote team by telephone:
100% French-English bilingual Administrative Assistant on permanent contract (M/F/D)

**Responsibilities**
- Directing calls to the appropriate departments and ensuring high quality customer service
- Managing the office diary, organising appointments and property visits
- Coordinate deliveries and incoming/outgoing mail, including documents related to property transactions
- Work closely with a remote team by telephone supporting their administrative needs
- Maintain an organised and welcoming office environment, including setting up property displays

**Your Profile**
- You have a commercial CFC or equivalent qualification
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant in the Swiss real estate sector
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- You will be highly flexible and willing to travel, if necessary, to carry out your duties in another of the agency's offices
