**Your Role**:
As Director of Pipeline Growth and Management, within the Global Oncology Business Franchise, you will lead the commercial assessment of external opportunities. You will partner with External Innovation and Business Development to prioritize external assets that will be evaluated, build business cases and review licensing agreements. You will closely collaborate with global commercial, market access, strategic insights, clinical development, and medical affairs colleagues to determine the strategic positioning and value proposition of the asset, develop the target product profile and assess the commercial opportunity. As a member of the new Product Planning team, you will also contribute to managing our early-stage assets: you will partner with global program teams to determine product positioning and shape development strategy by identifying key value drivers and translating them in the development of Target Product Profiles, value proposition elements and key decision criteria for commercial success.

**Who You Are:
- Bachelor Degree in a scientific discipline or business administration is a minimum; Advanced Degree (e.g. M.S., Ph.D., MBA, MD) is preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry and other related healthcare experience, including in oncology
- General understanding of drug development process and commercial success factors in oncology is required; good knowledge of solid tumor landscape is preferred
- Strategic marketing skills (incl. strategic positioning, TPP, etc.) and new product planning experience are preferred
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey ideas and influence in a matrix organisation
- proven team player, an active listener and able to find compromises
- voice of oncology products in discussions with potential partners.
- Business fluent English skills are mandatory
- Position requires both domestic and international travel up to 20% of time
