**Objectives of the role**

You will focus on successfully penetrating the market by understanding the competitive landscape, implementing a cost-effective go-to-market strategy and establishing robust reporting mechanisms. Doing so, you will work closely together with our product team in a proactive, curious and driven way.

Your concrete objectives:

- Analyze performance data, customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to refine positioning, target audiences, and align product features with the above marketing strategies.
- Lead the execution of data-driven marketing activities from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Develop, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with detailed proposals and tactical recommendations.
- Utilize and optimize organic channels (CRM, content marketing, etc.) to enhance onsite traffic conversion and engage free users effectively.
- Experiment with channels like performance marketing, CRM and others to evolve lead-nurturing tactics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, document business processes, and lead product marketing efforts.
- Leverage customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and activate a more engaged customer base.
- Identify and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of ongoing marketing initiatives throughout tracking and analysis, optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating with senior leaders about marketing activities, strategies and budgets.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications, including written, print, digital, and video assets.

**What you bring**:

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in developing marketing plans and campaigns across all digital marketing channels with expertise on SEM, SEO and Social Media.
- Solid proficiency in online marketing tools like: Google analytics, Looker, SemRush, AHRefs.
- Strong understanding of Braze and Leanplum.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Data-driven, analytical and experimental marketing mindset with keen eye for creativity.
- Best case: Experience with CRM tools and content marketing.
- Native or equivalent in English.

**Nice to haves**
- Brand marketing experience.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Affiliate marketing knowledge.
- Proficiency in on of the following languages is a big plus DE, FR, PT, ES.
