**Description du poste**:**
Votre mission**
- Participer à la définition et à la maîtrise du cycle de vie de nos outils d’injection (industrialisation, validation, mise en production, surveillance entretien) dans le respect des impératifs qualité, coûts et délais.
- Participer aux choix techniques lors de la conception, suivre la réalisation et accompagner / valider la mise en production de nos outillages (moules). Faire le lien entre la fabrication et la production.
- Etablir le plan de validation, suivre les essais et rédiger les protocoles d’acception de nos outillages d’injection, les documents nécessaires à la production ainsi que le plan de surveillance produit / moule.
- Analyser les simulations numériques et les comparer avec les résultats produits, analyse dimensionnelle et retrait, suivi des défauts d’injection à travers la création de défauts thèque.
- Assurer la définition des paramètres de base optimaux (injection) avec les metteurs au point, l’ingénieur process et en garantir la disponibilité pour la production et les services concernés.
- Animer la résolution de problèmes tout au long du cycle de vie de nos outils d’injection.
- Participer à la définition et l’amélioration de nos standards industriels.

**Profil**:**
Votre profil**
- CFC d’agent technique des matières synthétiques option moulage par injection (ou équivalent) complété par un diplôme de technicien ou d’ingénieur en conception mécanique.
- Expérience, d’au moins 5 ans, réussie dans le domaine de la mise en forme par injection et/ou en gestion de projets.
- Expertise dans les moyens de production et les outillages liés à l’injection.
- Connaissances en technologie matière CIM/MIM et bonne compréhension des techniques et processus relatifs à leur mise en forme serait un plus.
- Parfaite maîtrise des outils de la suite Office.
- Connaissances des outils de résolution de problèmes et méthodologie AMDEC.
- Force de proposition, rigueur, autonomie, flexibilité, esprit d’équipe, très bonnes qualités relationnelles, bon communicateur.
- Flexible aux déplacements dans nos différents sites de production.
- Sens pratique développé, goût pour la technique et le travail de terrain.
