Technician (German Speaking)

**Hauptaufgaben**
- Teammitglieder und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen trainieren und anweisen.
- Reparieren oder Einstellen aller elektronischen Geräte, sowie der HVAC Anlagen und der Sanitäranlagen.
- Energiesparend arbeiten und Ideen und Anregungen zum Thema „Energiesparen“ an die Technische Leitung weitergeben. In Notfallsituationen gilt es stets verfügbar zu sein um Gäste und Mitarbeiter durch das technische Wissen zu schützen und das Gebäude und die Systeme während des Notfalls zu erhalten sowie nach dem Einsatz verantwortungsbewusst dafür sorgen, dass der Hotelbetrieb umgehend wieder aufgenommen werden kann.
Der Technische Leiter muss in Notfallsituationen informiert werden.
- Kostenoptimierung innerhalb der Abteilung
- Unfallverhütung und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
- Ausführen und Einhalten aller Kempinski Standards
- Zusätzliche Aufgaben, die zum Nutzen des Arbeitsablaufs und/oder des Hotels sind können jederzeit hinzukommen.Key Responsibilities
- Train and instruct other members of the staff.
- Repair and / or adjust all types of electrical and HVAC equipment and cosmetic items.
- Look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Engineering Management.
- Emergencies - be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guest and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency. To act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status. Inform Engineering Management of any such emergencies.
- Optimise maintenance costs.
- Accident prevention and safety.
- Comply with all Kempinski company policies.
