**Head Corporate Tax (m/w/d) 80-100%****:
Mit Ihrem Fachwissen und Ihrer breiten Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmenssteuern, sind Sie verantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung einer effizienten Steuerstrategie sowie eines gruppenweiten Transfer-Pricing-Konzepts (Management
- und Trademarkfees wie auch Transferpreise der Geschäftsbereiche). Sie tragen die volle Verantwortung für die Schweizer Gruppengesellschaften in allen Steuerarten. Zudem bieten Sie die fachliche Unterstützung bei Fragen und Steuerprüfungen der ausländischen Konzerngesellschaften. Sie setzen die Steuer
- und Jahresabschlussplanung im Konzern nach IFRS um und entwickeln diese Themen stetig weiter. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Mindestbesteuerung, Country-by-Country-Reportings und die steuereffiziente Cash-Repatriierung sowie Gruppenfinanzierung. In diesem spannenden Umfeld fungieren Sie als Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber in
- und ausländischen Steuerbehörden sowie externen Steuerberatern. Sie verfolgen die internationale Steuerentwicklung und koordinieren diese entsprechend konzernintern. Ebenso prüfen Sie neue internationale Steuerkonzepte und sind die treibende Kraft für Umsetzungsvorschläge. Kenntnis und Erfahrung im Tax Accounting nach IFRS und den indirekten Steuern sind ebenfalls wichtig.

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Betriebsökonom oder einen betriebswirtschaftlichen oder juristischen Universitätsabschluss sowie die abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als eidgenössisch diplomierter Steuerexperte. Ausserdem bringen Sie eine mehrjährige vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld mit. Sie überzeugen mittels hoher Motivation und sind es gewohnt, lösungsorientiert und proaktiv zu handeln.
