**What are we looking for?**

An international tax professional to join its Group Finance team. As the Global Tax Manager you will lead the tax activities of the group, reporting directly to the Group CFO and you will be collaborating with the Group Controlling and Accounting leaders. You will be the first dedicated tax professional in the team and will be tasked with setting up a new global tax operating model to support the group's ambitious growth plans. You will collaborate closely with other members of the finance team, the legal, treasury and accounting teams, and external advisors when needed.

**What will you do?**
- Oversee group direct and indirect tax compliance obligations, providing direction, guidance, and support to local finance teams and advisors to complete the relevant obligations.
- Develop and enhance Group tax processes to support the Group's ambitious growth plans
- Act as a central point of contact for the wider finance function, ensuring tax matters are considered as part of all business decisions
- Support the wider finance teams in respect of tax forecasting, payments on account and ad-hoc request
- Lead Primary responsibility for the group tax accounting, including effective management of group tax assets, and support the annual external audit process
- Lead the Group's transfer pricing strategy, including providing guidance on appropriate strategies, compliance with group and local requirements and management of the relevant transfer pricing documentation.
- Provide analysis and guidance on direct and indirect tax related issues across the businesses, including providing support with M&A activities, business change, regulatory tax changes.
- Oversee the Group's relationships with local tax authorities and external advisors.
- Build relationships, interact with internal stakeholders, and manage external stakeholders and advisors.

**Who are you?**

To be successful in this position, you would bring the following qualifications:
**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in either Accounting, Finance or Law preferably including international taxation
- Swiss Certified Tax Expert, Masters of Taxation or LLM in Tax is preferred

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 6-9 years of international tax experience, working in either Big 4, prominent Law Firms or large multinationals
- Experience in tax accounting
- Experience with dealing with international tax audits and transfer pricing matters
- Experience with M&A projects advantageous
- Ability to complete multiple concurrent projects at the same time; react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick response; and have the ability to use judgement and prioritize different tasks
- Experience in a global management consulting firm is a preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, structured, results driven. Able to cope with changing environment and priorities.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, able to translate theoretical knowledge into business reality.
