Junior Global Brand Manager

In this role, you will under the lead of the Global Senior Brand Manager contribute towards the product collection with strong focus on new product ideation and development.
**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
- Create and develop strong and innovative product concepts aligned with the brand and collection strategy.
- Master all financial aspects of your projects (pricing, cost of goods, gross margin, discontinuation impact).
- Deliver impactful and compelling presentations during strategic and marketing meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with the Art Directors and Campaigns Team throughout the crafting of the deliverables.
- Track collection performance & screen competitive activity.
- Stay on top of future product and market trends, consumer insights in beauty and skin care as well as in the luxury industry and other industries of interest.
- Continuously evolve and improve client experiences, digital and media trends impacting the world of beauty and luxury
**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:
- Min 2-year experience in a marketing function in the beauty and luxury industry, including product development.
- University degree in marketing, communication, business or similar.
- Creative thinker able to foster audacity and turn ideas into concepts.
- Well-structured and excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of luxury client mindset and distribution.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills - fluent in English.
- Motivated to relocate to Zurich and embrace our Swiss brand values.
