**Data Scientist PKPD-Studien**:
In dieser anspruchsvollen Position spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von nicht-klinischen Studien sowie der Integration modernster IT-Lösungen im Bereich der Arzneimittelentwicklung. **Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Unterstützung von nicht-klinischen PK- und PKPD-Studien.
- Unterstützung der IT-Infrastruktur im Front
- und Back-End im Zusammenhang mit der Planung, Durchführung, Analyse und Datenbankpflege von nicht-klinischen Pharmakokinetik (PK) und Pharmakokinetik-Pharmakodynamik (PKPD)-Studien.
- Entwicklung standardisierter PK-Protokolle mit externen Kollaborateuren (CROs) zur Reduzierung der Bearbeitungszeit.
- Validierung externer PK-Berichte in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Studienüberwachern.
- Unterstützung von Tools und Arbeit als PK-Kundenvertreter für automatisierte Datenanalyse
- und Vorhersage-Tools wie integrierte Hochdurchsatz-PBPK-Modelle.
- Integration verfügbarer in vitro
- und in vivo-nicht-klinischer Daten.
- Integration und Visualisierung verfügbarer Daten in Datenbanken sowie Wartung von Software, die von Teams für die Arzneimittelentwicklung genutzt wird (z. B. D360, Spotfire).
- Abstimmung von Datenanalyse-Workflows mit anderen Funktionen wie PBPK-Modellierungsansätzen, maschinellem Lernen (ML)-Modellen und PKPD-Modellen (entwickelt in R, Berkeley-Madonna, Phoenix WinNonlin, Monolix, Morphit).
- Automatisierung von TK-Analyse und Berichterstattung.

**Anforderungen**:

- Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise MSc oder PhD in Lebenswissenschaften, Informatik, Mathematik oder Statistik.
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Programmierung (z. B. Python, R, C++, Java, SQL).
- Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von PBPK-Analysen.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse.
- Erfahrung in maschinellem Lernen, Chemoinformatik, Computational Chemistry, Biologie oder Toxikologie ist von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, der pharmakokinetischen Bewertung oder der Arzneimittelentwicklung ist von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in einer GMP-regulierten Umgebung ist von Vorteil.
