Für das Projekt “Begleitforschung für Curriculumsentwicklung an der medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Zürich” Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung; Vertragsdauer vier Jahre

Hauptziel des geförderten Projektes “Begleitforschung für Curriculumsentwicklung an der medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Zürich” ist die wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit Fragen rund um Ziele und Auswirkungen von aktuellen Curriculumsreformen. Mit multifaktoriellen Studien sollen verschiedene Eckwerte (z.B. Zufriedenheit, Wissen und Kompetenzen) von Medizinstudierenden vor und nach der Studienreform untersucht werden. Auch eine Längsschnittstudie ist in diesem Zusammenhang geplant. Im Rahmen der Forschungskooperation sollen evidenzbasierte Qualitätssicherung und Pflege der Curricula erprobt und etabliert werden.

**Aufgaben**

Als PhD Kandidat*in arbeiten Sie mit einer PhD-Betreuerin und einem Team aus Expert*innen an beiden Standorten. Für die PhD Arbeit sind die folgenden Aufgaben zentral:

- Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Studien
- Verwaltung, Analyse und Interpretation der erhobenen Daten
- Verfassen hochwertiger Forschungspublikationen
- Präsentation der Ergebnisse an Tagungen und Konferenzen

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie oder «Life Sciences»; bei entsprechender Forschungserfahrung können auch Kandidat*innen mit Masterabschluss in Medizin berücksichtigt werden
- Gute bis sehr gute methodische und statistische Kenntnisse
- Gute bis sehr gute Englisch
- und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1/C2/Muttersprache)
- Flair für wissenschaftliches Schreiben
- Starkes Interesse an Lehrforschung und Karriereplanung im wissenschaftlichen Kontext
- Gute Fähigkeiten zur Teamarbeit
