Als Head of Consulting & Solutions Digital Banking trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele der Business Unit. Du übernimmst die vollständige Verantwortung für die Profit & Loss-Entwicklung und treibst das Wachstum voran. Hierbei setzt du deine umfassende Expertise in den Bereichen Strategie, Konzeption und Umsetzung im Digital Banking sowie in der Entwicklung individueller Softwarelösungen gezielt ein.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Business Unit inkl. Definition des Dienstleistungsangebots, Sicherstellung der Kosten und Qualität
- Du berätst unsere Kunden als vertrauenswürdiger Partner in der Gestaltung von Digital Banking Strategien, Initiativen und in der Umsetzung innovativer digitaler Customer Journeys
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren UX- und Engineering-Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass die erarbeiteten Angebote den Bedürfnissen der Kunden entsprechen und in entsprechender Zeit und Qualität umgesetzt werden
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Marketing zusammen, um Netcetera als bevorzugten Partner zu positionieren und überzeugst in Verkaufsgesprächen
- Du förderst die agile Denk
- und Arbeitsweise, Innovation, kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Organisation

**Requirements**:
**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung im Consulting und/oder in der Umsetzung komplexer individueller Softwarelösungen im Digital Banking Umfeld
- Deine Kreativität und deine Vision für technologische und wirtschaftliche Trends im Markt zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst ein umfassendes Netzwerk im Schweizer Bankenmarkt mit
- Du verfügst über ein vertrauensbildendes Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Du weisst es ein Team mit deiner offenen Persönlichkeit, Humor und ‘can-do’-Einstellung zu motivieren
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
