Die Drossapharm AG ist ein familiengeführtes Schweizer Pharmaunternehmen mit eigener Entwicklungsabteilung, Produktion sowie führenden Original-Produkten und Generika in den Bereichen Rheumatologie, Gynäkologie, Venenerkrankungen, Dermatologie und Sportverletzungen. Wir verstärken das Team in der Herstellung zur Betreuung der Lohnhersteller in der DACH Region.

Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen ein Portfolio von externen Lohnherstellern und betreuen diese vollumfänglich
- Sie erstellen Forecasts, führen die Produktionsplanung durch und bereiten die Bestellungen /Fertigungsaufträge vor
- Überprüfen der Chargendokumention und Bearbeiten von Abweichungen, Changes, Freigabe von Herstellvorschriften und Initiieren von CAPAs
- Suche und Evaluation neuer Lohnhersteller in Zusammenarbeit mit Regulatory, QC und QA
- Projektleitung bei Produkt-Transfers bei Neueinführungen aus der Entwicklung und Site-Transfers (Zeitplan, Erstellen/Freigabe der Dokumentation, Vorbereitung der Zulassung)
- Bei Bedarf begleiten Sie Audits bei den Lohnherstellern
- Die punktuelle Unterstützung der internen Produktion am Standort Arlesheim rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Chemie, Pharmazie u.ä.)
- Erste Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion oder Betreuung externer Lohnhersteller wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Projektmanagement-, Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Sie sind ein Allrounder mit Hands-on Mentalität
- Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
