SAP Project Business Analyst
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Project Business Analyst for our client, a company in the life sciences sector, based in the Basel region. If you are a motivated professional with a strong background in SAP (FI CO / SD MM) and a passion for optimizing business operations, this could be the perfect role for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions to enhance business performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and develop strategies.
- Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee and process change requests effectively.
- Analyze current business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Design SAP solutions tailored to specific business needs and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure system functionality.
- Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Collaborate with external SAP partners and coordinate tasks.
- Support ongoing audits and ensure compliance with validation requirements.
- Ensure that SAP software is consistently updated and remains in a validated state.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and product portfolio.
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, CO, SD, and MM; customization experience and certification are a plus.
- Proven experience in delivering successful SAP projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, with conversational German being a strong asset.
