**Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich**
- Führen eines Segments innerhalb der Marke tetesept, in enger Abstimmung innerhalb eines multifunktionalen Teams: Sales, Purchase, Customer Service, Regulatory sowie unseren anderen Ländergesellschaften
- Selbständige Markt
- und Portfolioanalyse sowie Empfehlung von Maßnahmen für nachhaltiges Wachstum
- Mitarbeit bei Innovationen, Produktentwicklungen und Packungsdesigns
- Erstellen von Handelspräsentationen und Kommunikationsmitteln sowie Durchführen von Werbekampagnen mit unseren Agenturpartnern
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Trade Marketings, inkl. Erstellung von kategorieübergreifenden Kommunikationsmitteln und Management von Promo-Display Designs und Bestellungen
- Unterstützung beim übergreifenden Projektmanagement der Entwicklungs
- und Kosteneinsparungsprojekte sowie bei der Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen und Systemen
- Verantwortung für die Aktualisierung des Webshops sowie Beantwortung von Anfragen unserer Kund*innen
- Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten (u.a. Updaten von Produktlisten, Pflege der Stammdaten und Erstellen von Purchase Orders)
**Das erwarten wir von dir**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrungen im Brand
- oder Produktmanagement, idealerweise im FMCG Bereich
- Lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer*in mit positiver Grundeinstellung
- Analytische-konzeptionelle Denkweise sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
