We are looking for a motivated Administrative Project Manager based in Kanton Zug, to join our international team per June or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Leading internal company projects - managing deliverables and deadlines
- Supporting the team with tasks related to marketing activities and IT systems
- Regular liaison with suppliers - setting objectives, status updates, troubleshooting
- Keeping track of marketing and IT expenses
- Keeping track of internal systems and tools - payment deadlines, contract renewals, optimization and improvement solutions, maintaining functionality
**Requirements**:
- A proactive and well-organized self-starter, who can act as a link between different stakeholders - the CEO, a sales team, an operations team, and a finance team
- Interest in the latest technology, willingness to learn new skills and adopt new tools
- Fluent in English, good German knowledge is a plus
- Ability juggle and prioritize simultaneous projects, tasks, and requests
- Effective oral and written communication, time management and problem-solving
- Attention to details and ability to hold others accountable for project outcomes
- A Business Management (or similar) degree and minimum 4 years’ experience of managing projects
- Experience with the following tools is a plus: SalesForce, Sage, M365 suite (admin), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Adobe InDesign, AWS Marketplace.
