About the role

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with management and key internal teams (including Risk Management, Underwriting, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Communications) to establish and manage an integrated corporate ESG programme, with objectives designed to drive business results, reduce risk and enhance the company's impact on environmental and social issues.- Support Risk Management in the set-up and review of its climate risk/climate change risk framework and related reporting.- Implement processes and establish methodologies to track progress and streamline ESG data, including identifying KPIs to meet ESG goals and targets.- Develop and maintain ESG dashboard for tracking and reporting progress against objectives; prepare regular updates to management and board of directors on ESG trends, priorities and initiatives.- Design and implement ESG reporting and disclosure controls and procedures, including ensuring adherence to regulatory filings.- Act as an internal strategic advisor on a wide range of ESG topics and manage work streams and teams on program management and execution.- Educate and equip internal stakeholders across the Company on ESG matters.- Engage and raise awareness of ESG commitments and progress to stakeholders within the Company and in the wider Group.

**Profile**:
- 6+ years of professional corporate experience with Sustainability, ESG, Climate Risk or related field that includes driving corporate ESG initiatives that tie to strategic business objectives.- Strong understanding of corporate sustainability and ESG risk management approaches across the financial services sector.- Master's or graduate degree with a focus on ESG, sustainability, climate or CSR.-
- Track-record as a successful, detail-oriented sustainability leader who can function independently with diverse stakeholders and manage through influence across all levels and functions.- Flexible in approach and entrepreneurial in mindset; a “builder,” comfortable with bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.- Demonstrated capability to work efficiently and independently, learn quickly, prioritize and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment while remaining analytical and detail-oriented.- Proficient in using technology effectively to carry out functional responsibilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues globally.- Excellent team player, who is willing to challenge constructively and share knowledge and experience.- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
