On behalf of our client, an independent asset manager in Bäch SZ, we are looking for a Junior Portfolio Manager to work with Senior Portfolio Managers in a Team.

Tasks
- Work with other Senior Portfolio Managers as a team
- Contribute to the monthly investment committee and its minutes
- Active implementation and monitoring of client portfolios
- Assist in the analysis of client portfolios to ensure they align with investment objectives, risk tolerance, and asset allocation strategies.
- Respond to specific client demands and investment proposals
- Implement trades based on the in-house asset allocation views
- Execute buy and sell orders for securities and other financial instruments
- Verify the execution terms of our clients’ portfolios
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, assisting in the development of investment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Prepare bespoke documents for clients (including market and performance attribution analysis)
- Write summaries of client visits
- Contribute to quarterly investment letter
- Contribute to Chief Compliance Officer duties related to portfolio management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or equivalent and strong interest for markets
- 1-5 years of experience in portfolio management or middle office gained in a bank, insurance company, asset manager or hedge fund
- Sell-side or buy-side experience, with competence in investment advisory or investment consulting
- Experience in trading options would be a plus
- Background in equity and/or fixed-income securities with an interest to learn
- Able to work independently by taking initiative and also being a fair team player
- Enjoy working in a small and demanding environment
- Strong organization skills, multi-tasking capacity, and ability to work under pressure
- Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail
- Dynamic and flexible personality
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to generate multi-asset class investment ideas
- Efficient and proactive communication and writing skills in English. Any other language will be valued
- High level of confidentiality
- Command of Bloomberg tools
