Our customer, Solvias, is an internationally recognized provider of integrated solutions in contract analytical research, development and manufacturing. The company offers a broad spectrum of services and solutions in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, Cell&Gene Therapy and Cosmetic industries.

We are currently looking for an

**Executive Assistant Strategy, M & A (M/F/d), 100%**
- Employment type: Temporary via nemensis ag, 100%
- Duration: asap - 31.12.2024
- Remote work: yes

**Your tasks**:

- Provide administrative support to the Strategy and M&A team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents for strategy meetings, M&A transactions, and executive decision-making
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared
- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic initiatives, market analysis, and due diligence activities
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive documents with discretion

**Your qualifications and attributes**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English, French & German is a plus
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
