**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in the setup of the Risk management function
- Support in assessing the Group Risk profile, providing a risk assessment on the key company areas and processes (IT, operational, compliance, etc.) through interviews and in cooperation with the key internal stakeholders
- Support the evaluation of the company risk appetite
- identify action plans in order to reduce and mitigate risks
- Ensure a risk based approach for the internal control activities to be implemented, supporting in the definition of ing a risk management system consistent with and a consistentthe internal control frameworkmodel
- Support in the preparation for and follow up of internal/external audits and inspections as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Essentials**
- Knowledge and understanding of international Risk Management regulations, standards and guidelines
- 3+ Experience in Risk management methodology, tools and techniques, preferably in an advisory company
- Previous experience in projects with a close collaboration with Internal Audit Function will be consider a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, prioritize workload with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- English proficiency
